Authentic New York-Style Pizza in West Des Moines' Jordan Creek Area

When you're craving genuine New York-style pizza in the Des Moines metro, Taste of New York Pizza Bar delivers the real deal. Located at 165 S Jordan Creek Pkwy in West Des Moines, this family-run pizzeria brings authentic Brooklyn expertise to Iowa, founded by New York natives who know exactly what makes a perfect slice.

What sets this West Des Moines pizza spot apart is its commitment to traditional New York pizza-making techniques. Every pie features a thin, crispy crust that's perfectly chewy with those signature slightly charred edges you'd find in any Brooklyn pizzeria. The menu goes beyond classic pies, offering Sicilian-style options and Italian specialties like rice balls that keep locals coming back. Whether you're grabbing a quick slice or ordering a whole pie, the generous portions and quality ingredients provide exceptional value for Des Moines area diners. The casual, low-key atmosphere makes it perfect for families, quick lunches, or convenient takeout – they even feature a drive-thru for those on-the-go moments.
