Centro stands as one of Des Moines' most distinctive Italian dining destinations, transforming a historic Masonic temple at 1003 Locust Street into an extraordinary culinary experience in the heart of downtown. This urban Italian eatery has become a cornerstone of Des Moines' vibrant restaurant scene, where soaring ceilings and contemporary design create an atmosphere that's both casual and upscale.

What sets Centro apart in Des Moines dining is its masterful Italian-inspired cuisine crafted by their renowned culinary team using only the freshest ingredients. The restaurant excels at everything from intimate multi-course dinners to casual pizza and drinks at the bar, making it perfect for any occasion whether you're dining with family, entertaining clients, or enjoying a night out with friends.

The restaurant's versatile patio dining extends the experience outdoors, while their convenient downtown Des Moines location makes it easily accessible for both locals and visitors exploring the city's dining scene.

Beyond exceptional food, Centro offers cooking courses and wine classes, establishing itself as more than just a restaurant but as a culinary destination that educates and inspires.
