Festivals in Des Moines in December

The festivals below are read live from the Des Moines Insider events calendar: events in a category recorded as festival, dated in December, soonest first. While December is under way the list starts from today; once it ends, it shows next December. Each one opens the event's own page with the date, time, venue and details the calendar holds.
